Overview: Internal Medicine and Faculty Associates (IMFA), part of Atlantic Medical Group, is currently seeking a Medical Office Associate I. Bi-lingual preferred.Responsibilities:

• Prior administrative experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Computer literacy essential. EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills a must.
• Selected candidate will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones, checking in patients upon arrival
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record
• Processing medical records releases and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior physician office experience preferred; EPIC experience a plus
• Bi-lingual preferred
