Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Medical Logistician - Perform and manage administrative functions.
- Requisition, receive and maintain medical material and publication files.
- Provide information to using activities on issues, schedules, and related matters.
- Ensure proper supply flow under various issue methods.
- Establish and monitor a quality control program.
- Ensure effective internal controls for processing property documents and maintaining accountable records.
- Determine and evaluate action taken to establish stock control levels and inventory control.
- Direct inventory management and reporting.
- Coordinate internal operations with the medical equipment maintenance activity.
- Conduct periodic internal inspections of medical materiel for compliance with policies, procedures, and directives.
- Analyze reports and records and takes necessary corrective action.
- Ensure effective support is provided for all customers.
- Act on behalf of PHE for all matters involving supply chain management to include; supervision of supply, contracting, logistics and facilities functions.
- Build equipment packages from inception through working with contracting on procurement.
- Assist in developing and maintaining all aspects of lab reporting to include (but not limited to) daily, weekly and monthly.
- Work, submit and track contracts and large purchases.
- Attend weekly meetings with logistics and contracting for status update.
- Track and report status of all contracting actions to leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of statement of work, market research, sole source justification and independent government estimate for contracting purchases and contracts.
- Perform market research through betas am.gov, internet searches and vendor meetings.
- Attend vendor meetings for all sections to track requirements and provide contracting advice.
- Collaborate with sections on requirements to obtain needs, technical requirements, potential vendors, need date of purchase and rack and stack of priorities.
- Oversee equipment tracking for contracting purchases and provide assistance to property custodians.
- Reviews monthly bills/invoices validation for cost per reportable and service contracts.
- Maintain a list of approved contracts to project expiration dates and follow-on efforts as well as dollar ceiling limits.
- Project requirements and provide information to NCOICs and leadership for end of fiscal year due dates and contract purchases to ensure funding is available.
- Coordinate internal operations with medical equipment maintenance inventory.
- Complete Medialab annual licensure purchases.
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly reporting procedures for leadership.
- Conduct internal inspections for compliance with policies.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management related degree).
- Minimum of five (5) years of medical logistics experience.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience of Air Force property and financial accounting base on automated data processing, logistics and related publications, medical materiel procedures, identity and general characteristics of medical materiel, and organization of medical materiel accounts.
- Knowledge of sourcing/procuring supplies, use of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system, and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information.
- Must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company. This is necessary in order to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.
Highly Desired Qualifications
- A Master’s degree is desired but not mandatory.
- 10 + years of experience in health care administration or medical materiel management is desired but not mandatory.
