Primary Purpose: You will be responsible for handling alot of the phone calls at this clinic location!

• Scheduling patients for outpatient Physical Therapy, follow up appointments, etc. for multiple locations.
• Obtaining accurate patient information
• Entering information in the scheduling software
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Assisting at the front desk
• Follow up with patient appointment requests for multiple clinics.
• Other receptionist duties.

• Must possess exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to work independently and on a team
• Must have problem solving skills
• Professional demeanor
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Be organized.
• Bi-lingual not required but a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Education/Credentials:

• High school graduate or equivalent
