Medical Front Desk Receptionist’s schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 5:30pm

Your Mission as Medical Front Desk Receptionist:

• Help patients feel at home upon arriving and leaving their appointments.
• Know the patient's plan of care and make sure patients schedule and keep appointments.
• Collect out of pocket costs (co-pays, etc.).
• Create and maintain patient records.
• Obtain prior authorization for patients when required.
• Work closely with the clinic lead and other referring physicians.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Preferably, you have a few years of experience with electronic health records and in physical therapy specifically, but we will not turn away the right person.
• We are looking for a compassionate individual who wants to take an active role in each patient experience.
• The right person must also be able to multitask, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in electronic health records.
• You will be the face of the company.

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a starting salary of $15.00 - $25.00/hour. Additionally, we offer
