CareDesk is a growing Healthcare Management and Billing company looking to add another associate in its Billing and Finance Department. This position will report to the Billing Manager. Our clients are mainly medical practices in Northern California. We are offering flexible schedules, paid training, and a great team environment. This position will start as hourly but may transition into a salary position after 1 year of proven ability to achieve results, teamwork, integrity, flexibility, and initiative.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
-Submitting and reviewing charges
-Posting Insurance payments
-Denial Follow Up
-Insurance AR outstanding Follow up
-Creating and preparing spreadsheets on outstanding AR
-Calling insurance company for claim follow up
-Preparing common charge submission errors

Minimum requirements:
-Proficient in excel and other Microsoft office software
-Ability to communicate professionally and courtesy over the telephone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

• ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
