As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging asynchronous learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes. We have enhanced our student’s learning experience by using synchronous video, labs, and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies. Academic tutoring support for students is also key to achieving student outcomes. That is why we continue to thrive in this new environment. ECPI University’s 5-week terms and small class sizes are ideal for Medical Assisting professionals that enjoys sharing their industry experience. THIS IS AN ON CAMPUS TEACHING POSITION.Qualifications:

Education/Certifications:

• Associate's Degree in the teaching discipline or specialty area from a regionally accredited educational institution; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of Three (3) years practical work experience in medical assisting required or a minimum or 3 years combined in Medical Assisting and a related field.
• Two (2) years teaching or presentation experience a plus.
