Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a respected clinic as a Medical Assistant. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations along with providing outstanding customer service.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides courteous and friendly service to all patients and contributes to a positive environment.
  • Facilitates good patient care under the supervision of the physician.
  • Prepares equipment and supplies.
  • Assists with scheduling of test and treatments and maintains patient records.
  • Completes ordered labs and x-rays as assigned by the physician.
  • Completes phone calls from patients and tasks from providers in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Our newest team member should have completion of accredited Medical Assistant Program, current certification CMA preferred.
  • LPT/X-ray certified preferred.
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task.
  • Computer experience and organizational skills along with a great attitude are a must!
  • Should be a self-starter and willing to work all manner of hours needed.
  • Be able to react calmly and effectively in an emergency situation.

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Assigned shifts as needed (PRN)
