Licensed Aesthetician

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing licensed aesthetician to support our in high demand medical aesthetician. The ideal candidate may be a new aesthetician graduate or an experienced licensed aesthetician interested in pursing medical aesthetics. The best candidate will be retail minded, possess strong communication skills and have a positive attitude. He/She will be responsible for providing assistance to our medical aesthetician for all aesthetic services. This person must have a good work ethic and be polished and professional in both demeanor and dress. He/she will be reliable and outgoing, strong desire to learn from education and hands on learning, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and a problem solver with exceptional customer service skills. This person must be punctual and have an ability to prioritize and multi-task. You will be responsible for promoting products and services, sharing aesthetic specials and promotions on social media, working as an assistant to our medical aesthetician for an organized patient flow.

The goal of this position is to work hand in hand with our experienced medical aesthetician and to start taking your own patients and provide services once medical aesthetic knowledge has been demonstrated. This position has the ability to move into production based pay and receive monthly commission.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Self motivation and able to work independently and as a team
• Ability to schedule patients
• Assist our medical aesthetician with facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, coolsculpting, hydrafacials, aesthetic laser treatments and additional aesthetic procedures
• Sterilize, clean, and maintain equipment according to state regulations
• Educate, recommend, and prepare skin care regimens for clients
• Prepare marketing information for monthly specials
• Organize, prepare and promote events
• Responsible for internal marketing to medical providers and patients
• Posting and marketing on Facebook/Instagram
• Attend outside events to market and promote services and business
• Perform Weekly/Monthly inventory
• Aim to reach monthly goals
• Maintain licensing and continuing education
• Utilize time management to work within scheduled times
• Administrative duties including answering the phone, phone consults, scheduling appointments, work flow, taking payments, managing aesthetic product inventory
• Help clinical team on the medical aspect of the job as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Licensed aesthetician (consider new graduate or experienced aesthetician interested in medical aesthetics)
• Must take initiative to promote self learning for services and products and to attend all learning opportunities from all providers
• Knowledge of surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Have knowledge of various skin care treatments.
• Adept in designing specific treatments based on the client's individual needs.
• Create a pleasant experience for clients through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• State Aesthetic License or Laser Certification.

Experience with any of the equipment listed below is preferred:

• Basic Skin Health
• Facials, Hydrafacials
• Laser Hair Removal

This position is required to work 30-40 hours per week.

This position is required to work M-F with occasional off hours requirements for special events.
