Requirements: As a Medical Administrative Coordinator, you will handle all routine administrative matters to support the office flow in our busy agency. We are looking for an extremely organized, detail-orientated Administrative Support Specialist who would work directly with different departments. The ideal candidate needs to be detail-oriented, accuracy driven, self-starter, a multitasker, patient, with a friendly disposition, and ability to get projects done on time on a weekly basis. Minimum 2 years of office experience. Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a wide range of patients, colleagues, and vendors. Superior customer service and relationship building skills. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Telephone and computer literacy is mandatory.
