Summary of Essential Duties:
- Maintain stock room accuracy and other areas in control by the Logistics Department.
- Assist the department by stocking, pulling and reorganizing parts and tools as needed in the facility and working with outstations to keep their supply at adequate levels.
- Maintain control tooling inventory & issuing, ensuring all tools are returned by the end of the check.
- Package and ship parts, as needed.
- Receive parts, as needed.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Moving parts around the facility in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
- Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
- Must understand, read, and write English.
- Possess high school diploma or GED certification.
- Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
- Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.
- Able to pass an FAA required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft office suite, Quantum, FOS, and CAMP software is a strong plus.
- Experience in a warehouse setting, working with shipping or receiving.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations
