Job Description


Position Summary

The Multimedia Developer is responsible for designing, creating, and managing high quality content for commercial teams and customers to help them succeed in their jobs. The position primarily focuses on eLearning content creation aligned with strategic initiatives working closely with subject matter experts (SME’s). The position also supports marketing content creation. The position reports directly to the Field Marketing & Training Director.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating eLearning content including conception, clarification of scope, testing, updating, and packaging for LMS upload.
  • Creating and updating of online content working with instructional designers, campaign managers or product managers to align with learning initiatives.
  • Creating videos including conception, product creation and management, editing and postproduction.
  • Working with instructional designers, campaign manager or product manager to clarify and scope content to align with strategic needs that support global projects.
  • Ensuring high quality of content by tracking and monitoring metrics.

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in training, instructional design, learning technologies, marketing communications, or related field, or equivalent in job experience.
  • 2+ years with eLearning design experience.
  • Experience with industry leading eLearning authoring software such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or Rise.
  • Experience with Adobe products, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Premier, and After Effects and web technologies, including HTML5 is preferred.
  • Experience in audio/narration editing (Adobe Audition) is preferred.
  • An understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • A creative flair that also adheres to corporate guidelines.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects running at the same time and adhering to completion target dates.
