Join us as a Marketing Technology Product Owner on our Product Marketing team in Dallas, Texas and other Remote US Locations to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. As the Marketing Technology Product Owner you'll contribute to, produce and manage client deliverables relative to our omni marketing engagements. The Marketing Technology Product Owner will work on Orchestration initiatives, Intelligence based (AI/ML) decision making, Data Sciences and Application Management that we currently manage and build with a mix of in-house and vendor provider functions. You'll work closely with Account/Run/GoToMarket teams, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of account deliverables, with a focus on defining, building, end-to-end testing, and managing project rollouts. You will: Responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital customer journey mapping, orchestration of intelligence for next best actions and API framework for near real-time automation Understanding of Edge Vs Core intelligence for decision making functions Lead change management, and adoption management Work with IT / Vendors/ Agency teams in developing solutions to business projects, problems and future state Work with marketing legal to ensure the data collection, usage, and storage compliance. Managing the governance of data access, data usage. Understand and manage the cyber security rules restrictions (such as GDPR) Oversight of programs/work assignments, project sizing's and drives execution to meet deliverables that are in line with the strategic mission, goals and objectives of the organization 10+ years of experience working with multiple Marketing/Business Programs or Product Management Must have MarTech Knowledge Participated in integration of new development into an existing technical solution Able to assess a situation, receive input from stakeholders and select a course of action Robust communication skills and able to articulate, both written and verbally, detailed specifications (e.g. Project Requirements, requested changes and testing results) Desirable Requirements Excellent understanding of Marketing Campaigns, vehicles, Contact Strategy and Operations Working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (SAS, etc.) Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
