SCOPE: Coordination of project plans, logistics, staff, and vendors to deliver meaningful results across all of Scatter Global’s marketing related projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate workflow & production of various marketing-based projects
- Consistently communicate with relevant team members, outside vendors & organizational partners
- Define & document project scopes and implementation plans
- Schedule key project tasks/deadlines, events, & team meetings for team members.
- Coordinate & manage logistics, supplies & other materials for SG hosted or external conferences/events. (Both pre-event, on site, and follow-up)
- Coordinate some travel logistics for marketing or exhibiting team members (most relevant to SG related events or conferences)
- Manage & maintain SG’s social media channels, email campaigns, website, & content database.
- Ensure the timely payment of contractors & external vendors
- Grow in understanding of SG brand & assist in ensuring its consistency across all projects
- Availability to travel for some events/conferences or relevant field visits is required

- Currently no supervisory responsibility
Required Education
Experience in various marketing & creative-based projects
College Degree preferred but not required
(relevant degrees: marketing, communication, management, operations, etc.)
OTHER DUTIES:
- Attend and participate in weekly worship, prayer, and team building sessions and in other staff programs including training, prayer and team building initiatives.
- Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.
- Help with hosting and coordinating meetings with external visitors as needed
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Microsoft Suite, Limited Adobe Suite, Basic Website Builders (Squarespace, Wordpress etc.) and relevant organizational CRM & finance systems.
