Theoria Medical is a comprehensive medical group and technology company dedicated to serving patients across the care continuum with an emphasis on post-acute care and primary care. Theoria serves facilities across the United States with a multitude of services to improve the quality of care delivered, refine facility processes, and enhance critical relationships. We are the largest post-acute care group in Michigan, and we currently provide medical services to skilled nursing facilities in multiple states. The company is continuing national expansion and we’re seeking talented individuals to join our amazing team.

We are looking to hire a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function of the group. This roll will implement strategies, tactics, campaigns and branding guidelines along with other main marketing functions. This role will manage marketing associates as part of the department. The Director will focus on Theoria’s SNF and primary care model.

Office Location: Novi, MI

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives

• Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects

• Develop and manage marketing budgets

• Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans

• Establish and grow a target market share

• Monitor costs and budgets

• Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives

• Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events

• Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts

• Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives

• Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines

• Oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare marketing

• Knowledge of primary care marketing

• At least 5 to 10 years of general marketing experience

• Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field

Compensation and Benefits:

• $80k-$110k Salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
