Global Merchandising Services is looking for Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the team to help our roster of artists grow their merchandise business. Your role provides administrative and project support to the Marketing Manager and helps with the day to day management of assigned artist projects. Position requires interaction with members of senior management and other high-level internal and external contacts.

This position is open to candidates located in Nashville, TN and Los Angeles, CA only.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is both creatively and organizationally minded and looking to be a part of a fast-growing department.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, CRM, or similar field

Demonstrated experience and understanding of the current marketing landscape and digital platforms/technology trends (TikTok, NFTs, crypto, etc)

Experience coordinating complex projects from conception to completion

Strong organizational and self-motivation skills

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience with a project management tool such as Asana, Monday.com or Jira preferred.

Interest or experience in the music industry a must!

Experience with influencer marketing, digital content development (photoshop and/or video editing) a plus!

Responsibilities

This is a multi-faceted role: As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and helping to manage the schedule, approvals, and execution of all of our marketing campaigns across a roster of online stores and you will provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager.

Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities

Assist with marketing reports and presentation materials as needed

Assist e-mail marketing manager with campaign management as needed

Help manage company social media accounts – research and analyze best practices for posting, identify best content and messaging to increase engagement with each platform’s target audience

Grow an influencer marketing program

Develop and champion new marketing ideas

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related-field preferred
