SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator is an integral thought leader on the FirstLight Home Care Marketing & Branding team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for contributing creative content that is emotionally engaging, thought provoking, and visually appealing for utilization on social media platforms and channels. The individual in this role is an extension of the FirstLight brand and is charged with conveying messaging by way of the FirstLight voice. The Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing material is in line with FirstLight Home Care’s brand and maintains processes and systems in order to meet the goals of the marketing and branding team’s holistic strategy. The Marketing Coordinator works collaboratively with other members of the Marketing & Branding team to maintain FirstLight’s brand standards and to continually develop a cohesive, progressive, and engaging voice through carefully chosen strategies and tactics that express the FirstLight Culture of Care.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
Support Marketing team initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs to ensure brand standards are consistent across all platforms and channels.
Collaborate on content and create materials, such as social media images, infographics, web banners, custom ads, event invitations, videos, etc.
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels; conduct peer reviews of other team members’ work to ensure consistent brand delivery and voice.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and support marketing team with large scale, national marketing project execution.
Support Marketing Manager with creation and management of internal system newsletter through Google Sites; create and assist with newsletter content related to marketing.
Contribute to coordination of CRM marketing functionalities, branded email templates, training resources and support to individual owners, managers, and team members.
Provide support to various home office departments and collaborate on content creation and development of materials for FirstLight Home Care advertisements/collateral for local offices, FirstLight website, events, video assets, networking and HR materials, National Alliances, and other departments.
Develop and create brand specific collateral for social media marketing programs on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter; assist with maintaining and growing national social media presence and reach.
Support National Advertising Fund campaigns and individual owners by creating and maintaining marketing and communication materials; assist with communication and feedback to/from agency of record and FirstLight team for ongoing campaign success.
Communicate with owners, managers, team members, FirstLight home office, sales representatives, provider partners, etc., as needed for project and marketing related needs.
Collaborate with marketing team to present ideas and creative direction to continually enhance the marketing plan and strategy; engage with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and competitiveness for FirstLight Home Care franchise system.
Actively participate in FirstLight Home Care Task Forces and committees, as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Coordinator does not have direct supervisory responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related area of study; a minimum of one to three years related experience in a business, marketing, customer service setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communications and interpersonal relation skills, including relationship building and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Time management and organization capabilities enabling strategic social and project planning and scheduling.
Experience utilizing cloud storage and project management software enabling accomplishment of multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.

focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Works remotely at a worksite extension of the FirstLight Home Care Support Center in Cincinnati.
