Treasure Data is looking for an experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our dynamic marketing team, and support go-to-market campaigns by providing strategic planning, omnichannel activation, and ongoing optimization.
The Marketing Campaigns Manager will partner closely with a cross-functional team to establish the campaign strategy as well as the tactical plan, execute the strategy with urgency, manage spend allocation, and deliver data-driven optimizations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across target personas and industry verticals.
The ideal candidate should have deep, hands-on expertise in demand-gen campaign planning and execution for a SaaS solution, experience working with all outbound marketing channels, and strong data analytics and reporting skills. Knowledge of customer data platforms or other data-related cloud-based B2B solutions is a big plus. Responsibilities

    • Drive the strategy, planing, execution, and results for marketing campaigns
    • Manage integrated campaigns from research and strategy, creative concept and asset development, media buying and tracking, to execution across all channels, as well as testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization
    • Define audience, content, and channel strategy to achieve optimal results in the context of customer journey
    • Project manage and coordinate campaign operations, including managing agency and cross-functional teams
    • Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans, optimize campaigns, deliver business results and implement best practices
    • Collaborate and build relationships with broad cross-functional partners including creative and design, content, marketing ops, analytics, product marketing, and external partners and agencies
Requirements
    • 5+ years marketing and demand-gen campaign experience at medium to large B2B, technology or software companies
    • Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, media planning & buying, account based marketing, event planning, content mapping & development, metrics & reporting
    • Experience presenting ideas to key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams to achieve desired results
    • Excellent problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills
    • Keeps up with digital marketing trends and best practices
    • Ability to take initiative and deliver results in remote or in-office environments
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
