What you will do:

The Marketing Associate, Public Access coordinates and manages sales support through the development and implementation of strategic brand plans and product commercialization within an assigned product capability area.

  • Will provide direction and leadership in product development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing guidelines.
  • Responsible for taking a leadership role in project management to include: discovery, campaign development, and launch plans (collateral, press releases, in-services videos, advertisements, and trade shows).
  • Responsible for product management activities to include field/customer communications, product training, collateral development, pricing/promo analysis and customer support.
  • Responsible for the coordination of customer visits.
  • Orders forecasting on a monthly basis for use in planning, manufacturing and inventory management.
  • Will provide support to marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Will help coordinate and develop marketing tools, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations and publicity.
  • Will provide sales support to account managers regarding fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, customer sales calls.
  • Will collect, analyze and maintain an up-to-date library of competitive product information.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 0+ years of work experience required
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
