  • Provide support and assistance to Branch Manager and assigned sales staff in support of marketing efforts
  • Prior to distribution, Corporate Marketing and Legal/Compliance Department must approve all marketing material
  • Serves as the point of contact between the National Marketing Department and the Branch
  • Automated Marketing Program (AMP) – Utilize material within the AMPLIFLY and LAUNCH systems on behalf of the branch or Loan Officers on a regular basis
    • Training must be completed by the Marketing Assistant to efficiently complete duties.
    • If additional material is needed beyond what is available in AMP, Marketing Assistant is responsible for creating the material and submitting the material to the National Marketing Department for Brand and Compliance approval
  • Maintenance of Branch Social Network Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
    (Social Media Director will provide access to Branch Facebook page after signing Facebook Editor Agreement)
    • Audience building and replying to direct messages and accepting friends/followers.
    • Promote Corporate Social Media posts on Branch and LO pages
    • Use content from AMPLIFLY to share on social media platforms
    • Monitor sites and delete spam
    • Set auto-posts as needed
  • Coordinate/ manage local branch events on behalf of the Branch or Loan Officer, including:
    • Lunch and Learns
    • Tradeshows
Qualifications:
  • One year minimum mortgage and/or marketing experience
  • Social media experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Top of Mind Preferred CRM Preferred
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Technologically proficient in Microsoft applications
