Well-established Marine Construction Company is seeking a part-time Sales/Marketing Assistant to follow up with customers on all pending estimates generated by the owner. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiencies are mandatory for emails, marketing, Excel reports, and Word documents as well as having creative writing skills. Knowledge of social media management and creative platforms like Canva is a plus. This is a part-time position 25 hours a week. The schedule is flexible and can be discussed. A background check is required as well as a valid drivers license with reliable transportation. Primary responsibilities include daily phone calls and data entry to excel spreadsheets as well as generating weekly sales excel reports for the owner.
Additional daily responsibilities include maintaining our Google Business page, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin by monitoring and responding to all recent reviews and uploading pictures of newly completed projects.
Monthly responsibilities include working with local and regional publications to rotate our print ads and communicate with our suppliers to work on promotional merchandise. Periodic website responsibilities include working with our webmaster to keep all website information and photos fresh and relevant.
All Costumers must wear a mask before entering our office at all times and must sanitize their hands.
