Job Description:

TKH Security team is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support its Global Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for supporting the various communication efforts of the Global team, including digital, advertising, event management and writing for internal and external audiences.

• Develop content for press releases, case studies, product releases/spotlights, advertisements and web site landing pages, including social media
• Create internal articles for company newsletter and digital network
• Assist in event planning and coordination
• Assist in social media efforts, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages
• Contribute ideas and assist in managing content for marketing campaigns

Who we are looking for:

• Experience with managing projects. Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience with various writing styles – both creative and technical writing
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Social Media Channels
• Proficiency with Adobe Platforms, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience in Dynamics 365 and marketing automation tools (ex. Pardot, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.) a plus, but not required
• Flexible and proactive in taking on responsibilities with a willingness to learn
• Team player, motivated and driven to succeed

Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/wk)

Schedule: Flexible
Pay: $22/hr
