Overview:
This individual is responsible for developing local Google search strategies and deployments for SCHEELS, and also reporting across all digital and social platforms to elevate our growth and strategies. The Marketing Analyst should quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns and online presence. This position will work with a wide variety of people within the SCHEELS Corporation, primarily with the Marketing, local store teams, and Ecommerce.

The Essentials:

  • Oversee and manage day to day decisions in regards to local search advertising
  • Work directly with the stores to create and deploy advertising strategies
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase traffic or conversion rates through analytic-driven recommendations
  • Identify, present, and execute opportunities for A/B testing to improve customer experience and return on ad spend
  • Conduct competitive research, establishing performance benchmarks whenever possible.
  • Collaborate on data collection capabilities to enable faster, more accurate, and more efficient reporting for multiple levels and areas of the company.
  • Understand and report on analytic data related to social media, focusing on key insights for improvement
  • Provide, maintain, and summarize weekly and monthly holistic summaries of performance and takeaways that take into consideration all device types, marketing programs, merchandising strategies, and promotions.

Expert Experience:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, one to two years of experience in social media marketing with demonstrated successes; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Activity:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule:
Must be flexible to work between 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed averaging 40 hours per week
