What you’ll achieve
As a Marcom Production Manager, you will activate the regional marketing campaign and strategy – from briefing through building marketing materials, creative reviews and compliance, and deployment – that drive sales demand for Dell Technologies solutions and services. You will connect and network across the marketing organization on the delivery of global and regional marketing campaigns.

You will:

  • Be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns assets including online advertising (static and html), social media, video, email, and print
  • Serve as subject matter expert on content management and multi-vehicle execution
  • Lead vehicle production strategies, including process improvements, scheduling, problem solving, and managing innovations with content and creative
  • Serve as a technology expert, providing insight and advice to stakeholders on how best to maximize campaign success with available technology and processes
  • Create end-to-end emails with regional localization in automated production tool, and ability to edit HTML to prepare email for deployment
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry & market trends
  • Manage detailed reviews on legal and partner marketing compliance while ensuring the Dell Technologies brand and message shines through
  • Record and document project status consistently to enable accurate data management and reporting
  • Lead the adaptation of new technology, tools and process that deliver world-class production
  • Build, maintain, and audit quarterly scope of work based on media plans & contact strategies inputted by regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional campaign marketing teams from briefing, through building creative, completing creative reviews and compliance all the way to deployment
  • Support the in-market motion to bring media plans and contact strategies to life with recovery/contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery

Essential Requirements

  • 8 years marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a master’s degree; or equivalent experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Extremely organized and motivated; able to manage time and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and imperfect information; demonstrated ability in solving problems creatively
  • Strong Presentation and communication skills. Presentations to executive leaders is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products, Adobe Suites or Photoshop, HTML
  • Process analysis and process improvement skills
  • Sets priorities for team and resolves escalations/issues
  • Proven ability to successfully operate in fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Onboard and drive onboarding plan for new hires.
  • Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional teams
  • Strong organizational/project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing budget management and reporting


Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dreamweaver, or other digital workflow platform and ESPs is an advantage
  • Agency account management and agile methodologies, Scrum practices experience are an advantage
