Qualifications:

3-5 years of Multi-unit Management experience in high-volume, fast-paced, results orientated Restaurant environment
Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong Math, Communication, Reasoning and Computer Skills
An ability to motivate a team to a common set of goals
Ability to work directly with the Management Team to accomplish all Sales, People and Profit Goals as well as the ability to develop employees
Good Tenure a Must! Minimum 2 years tenure with each employer
