The OpportunityReporting to the Director of Strategy and Analytics, this position's primary responsibilities will include building an analytical capability for the Customer Management team at Ally Credit Card. This individual will be leading analysis to support 2nd card offers, graduation strategies, cross-sell opportunities and the portfolio monitoring system. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated and detail oriented. The position will work with key leaders within the Customer Management organization, as well as partner groups such as finance, compliance, legal, and risk.
