Overview The Manager of Strategy is the dedicated client support for a reimbursement and/or market access program. S/he is responsible for maintaining an effective business relationship & ensuring program success. This position works closely with Program team/NBD, Client Lead, internal/external Operations, and Client Marketing/Strategy/Analytics to strengthen client relationship, achieve outstanding program satisfaction and establish Syneos Health as a preferred vendor. Responsibilities
S/he ensures that services & strategic solutions are proposed and delivered effectively. S/he applies extensive and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare marketplace to guide access & reimbursement program strategy, design, implementation, and daily operations by providing subject matter expertise. S/he will use data and field intelligence to aggregate issues & opportunities and identify program solutions. S/he bridges the gap between client and Syneos Health program operations (analytics, training, program design, and business recommendations/development) to ensure market access program meets the client’s goals.
