Manager, Sales Operations Reporting

As part of our Operations team, you’ll reimagine connectivity through innovative business strategies, operational analysis and distribution channel expansion as we continue to shape the future of retail wireless.Primary Responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Lead a team responsible for Boost Indirect Channel Reporting (>6,000 Retail Locations)- Responsible for creation, production and maintenance of a full portfolio of field level reports leveraged by the Retail Wireless team to performance manage day to day operations and key strategic initiatives
- Work cross functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to create new and updated reporting to drive profitable growth and achieve critical growth goals
- Engage teams and support post launch analysis as to the effectiveness of the promotions and SPIFF’s.
- Responsible for additional duties and projects when assigned by leadership
- Ensure critical thinking and flawless execution of projects by considering impacts on all areas of the business.
- Represent the department in enterprise initiatives
- Understand the department’s processes and workflows to ensure new product launches are successful.
- Analyze processes and suggest improvements to better support our customers.
A successful Reporting Manager will have the following:
Knowledge of core statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis- Experience with report/dashboard development, data/report automation, self-service capabilities, data design and integration, and data quality and governance
- Experience in change management and/or working within a rapidly evolving business
- Strong Microsoft Office & Google Suite skills – Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides / Access / SQL
- Strong writing, general communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of internal customer needs and how to create and utilize backend systems, analysis, automation, self-support principles, and visualization to support them
- Self-starter, curious, accountable, enjoys a healthy level of autonomy, strong work ethic, able to succeed in a fast-paced, high-intensity entrepreneurial-like business environment
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of business people. Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and is comfortable prioritizing and balancing workloads. Knows when to check in with management
- Experience using SQL or other general purpose programming language experience for file management, data manipulation, and automation
