As the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, you will leverage your media expertise to drive training initiatives, support talent development, and create large-scale business impact!


OVERVIEW:
The GroupM Learning & Development team designs, develops, and facilitates best-in-class training initiatives for talent and teams across GroupM agencies. We collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to craft learning solutions and resources - instructor-led, e-learnings, webinars, etc. Our mission is to provide individuals and organizations with the tools needed to do their best work for GroupM clients and achieve professional fulfillment.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Facilitate classroom-based training programs on the media landscape, channel foundations, and strategic planning to employees across all agencies
  • Identify learnings needs, develop training objectives, and measure the effectiveness of multiple L&D initiatives
  • Research, build, and deliver learning solutions for employees at scale; partnering with internal subject-matter experts on training content
  • Continuously analyze program performance, business priorities, and the rapidly changing landscape for strategic improvements to L&D offerings
  • Manage all training processes including scheduling, enrollment, securing speakers/vendors, and communications
  • Oversee compliance trainings to ensure adherence to the latest requirements
  • Responsible for managing and professionally developing the L&D Sr. Associate


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of media experience with a strong understanding of the industry, channels, planning, and investment teams
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences
  • Curiosity and eagerness to constantly improve processes and deliverables. Proven record of seeking out and exploring new solutions
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to build rapport with employees from junior-level to senior leadership
  • Quick problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning
  • Full-cycle project management experience
