- Perform Opening/Closing procedures including the cash drawer
- Recruiting, training, supervising, scheduling employees

This health-conscious leader must have attention to detail and high integrity standard. Pay dependent on experience. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work MID-DAY/EVENING/WEEKENDS.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet every customer in a friendly manner
- Master all ingredient lists and menu offerings as well as become knowledgeable about the business
- Learn the art of making the perfect bowl and smoothie every time
- Assist customer with any questions or decisions, offer product suggestions
- Maintain a clean environment at all times
- Inventory control, backroom organization
- Receive and log deliveries
- Kitchen prep and work and cleaning
- Be a team player, help where needed
- Sanitization of store
- Good personal hygiene
Skills & Qualifications
- Reliable
- Self-Motivated
- Good Attitude
- Good work ethic
- Food Handlers Permit, retail/customer service experience, Barista, Cashier are a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekdays, open, close, weekends, holidays
- Detailed, accurate, good verbal communications skills
- Physically able to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs during shift
