Serve as a key resource and driver of the financial analysis of the North America Grain Business and its role in the Global Value Chains. Key support role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
Core Functions:
? Contribute to the development of the business’ annual business plan.
? Complete analysis of risks and opportunities for the business.
? Prepare reports and analysis on performance against the annual business plan.
? Assist with preparation of strategic plans, profitability analysis and business forecasts on an annual basis, or as assigned.
? Provide insights for supervisors into long-term challenges and opportunities.
? Prepare supporting documentation to support financial models for capital project proposals.
? Assist with project applications for submission to senior management to support investment proposals.
? In coordination with business’ operations and commercial managers, develop annual capital budgets.
? Assist in coordinating and communicating ongoing changes to the capital plan.
? M&A Target Identification and Support.
? As required, assist in development of financial models to support growth opportunities for Bunge’s business in targeted geographies.
? Maintain monthly forecast files including P&L, balance sheet and working capital forecasts for the business.
? Work closely with business’ managers to explain variances and improve forecast quality.
? Maintain Business Warehouse reports used for sales reporting, if applicable.
? Develop and compile monthly and quarterly financial analysis for assigned business divisions / geographies.
? Assist in the development of clear, concise and insightful financial reporting.
? Perform ad hoc cost/benefit analysis as necessary to improve management’s understanding of various industrial processes associated with the business’ operations.
? Other ad hoc financial analysis as assigned.
