About The Role

As a Dialpad Enablement team member, you will work cross-functionally to ensure that employees have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to effectively accomplish their goals!

As our team expands our programs across the revenue organization and the broader business, we are looking for an Enablement Learning Manager to ensure we are consistently providing the proper training and learning programs for our employees.

We are looking for a strategic, people-loving, L&D leader who is comfortable living in the grey and can execute in a fast-paced environment. This exciting role partners with enablement team members, departmental leaders, and HR program managers to craft learning strategies while getting deep into the details of creating and delivering content.

This role will manage a small team of trainers and learning specialists to lead company-wide new-hire orientation and revenue onboarding programs while evaluating how we can support broader company initiatives.

What will you do in this Role?

  • Manage the Dialpad Enablement's Learning Team and provide support, coaching, and development for its team members.
  • Lead key learning programs across the business, including company-wide new-hire orientation, and the revenue organization's three week onboarding program.
  • Coordinate and coach presenters from a variety of departments within the business.
  • Work with other enablement and HR team members to ensure stakeholders are aligned on programs to effectively support employees across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders on individual team capability and skill development needs.
  • Analyze existing programs and provide direction on learning strategies across the business.
  • Use a metrics driven approach to report on the success and impact of learning programs across the business.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of L&D or training experience. Experience leading a team preferred.
  • Able to exceed and deliver results in a complex global fast pace organisation.
  • Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy.
  • Willingness to not only lead strategically, but also drive results from the front. Facilitating programs and assisting with the development of learning content.
  • Able to deal with change and desire to make a difference is paramount, we are looking for someone who loves to build from the ground up
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of Learning and Development best practices and trends, willing to think outside the box
  • A keen grasp of how information and resources can best be curated to not only help employees during training, but while on the job as well.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfort working in a virtual environment
