Is this job for you? We are a scrappy team that is scaling our ecommerce business quickly across Faherty. We’re looking for a Manager, eComm Analytics that is proactive, forward-thinking, resourceful, comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborative by nature. The Manager will help shape the effectiveness of the eComm business, by owning the analysis, managing on-site testing, and recommending future strategies. Additionally, the Manager will work very closely with the marketing team to understand the effectiveness of our campaigns and traffic driven to site. They'll help drive impact, improvement and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help our eCommerce business. The right candidate for this role will be extremely analytical, with the ability to communicate tests and results to both technical and non-technical teams. This role is within the eCommerce team, working alongside the eCommerce Manager and eComm Merchandising Manager, but will work very closely with marketing.
