Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Manager, CS Operations (Night Shift) who can grow, lead, and inspire the team responsible for 'WOW' moments for Chewy's pet parents and partners, including the team responsible for writing millions of birthday and holiday cards to our pet parents across the country.
We are seeking an operational leader with a history of organizational leadership, team member engagement and process improvement, who can lead, coach and inspire a team. The right candidate will have experience in directly managing and leading a team in a fulfillment style or production environment.

And you should be able to provide examples.
The schedule for the Manager, CS Operations (Night Shift) is 4:30pm - 3:00am (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday).
What You'll Do:
- Develop, manage and coach floor leadership to build successful teams that deliver exceptional quality of work
- Use operational reports to make data-driven decisions around performance management, coaching, career pathing and development of the leaders on your team
- Collaborate with other managers to establish and build SOPs for existing processes and procedures
- Ensure that regular performance reviews and feedback is provided regularly to all levels of employees to ensure a highly engaged workforce to drive growth through team building.
- Ensure Attendance and Adherence expectations are met
- Partner with workforce planning teams to deliver around-the-clock support
- Actively participate in hiring and development of support and mentor staff members
- Partner across teams and departments for process improvement
- Must be willing to work night shift hours including weekends
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years' management experience leading a team in a fulfillment, assembly, production or warehouse environment
- Experience with building or improving inventory management, order management, and warehouse management systems and processes
- Must be comfortable adapting to rapidly shifting goals, and willing to 'roll up your sleeves' to solve a variety of challenges
- Proven coaching skills that can impact both front-line agents and floor leadership
- Position may require some travel
