Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a Manager, CS Operations (Night Shift) who can grow, lead, and inspire the team responsible for 'WOW' moments for Chewy's pet parents and partners, including the team responsible for writing millions of birthday and holiday cards to our pet parents across the country. We are seeking an operational leader with a history of organizational leadership, team member engagement and process improvement, who can lead, coach and inspire a team. The right candidate will have experience in directly managing and leading a team in a fulfillment style or production environment. If you're the right person, you will have an infectious passion for Customer Experience, you live to develop others, you hit goals and give the credit to your team and you get that tingling feeling of joy when you've watched someone grow professionally under your wing. And you should be able to provide examples. The schedule for the Manager, CS Operations (Night Shift) is 4:30pm - 3:00am (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday).
