FirstBank is hiring the company’s future leaders through its Management Training Program. The Management Training Program lasts six months, with promotion to Banking Officer upon successful completion of the program. FirstBank is seeking engaging candidates to lead teams in all areas of bank management including: lending, financial analysis, product/project management, personnel management, operations, customer service, and more. All bank officers are responsible for business development to fuel bank growth and profitability throughout their careers. Requirements

Successful candidates come from various backgrounds and are creative, organized, curious, and eager to engage with customers, community members and employees to further the bank’s mission of ‘banking for good.’ A four-year business degree or MBA, with courses in accounting and finance, and a minimum grade point average of 3.0 are required. Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels and light to heavy traffic. An employee in this position:

  • Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
  • Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
  • Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
  • Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
  • Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information.

Salary Range

Starting at $29.00/hour, with an increase to $62,000/year annually upon completion of the Management Trainee Program.
