We are looking for a Service Technician who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community to include but not limited to: general maintenance and repairs, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems, general grounds/curb appeal management, and “make ready” renovations Responsibilities: Successful candidates can demonstrate the following core competencies: Experience: Hours/Shift: primarily 8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday; Shifts will include rotating weekends and evenings as well as on-call shifts Why Should You Apply?
