Ridgeview Industries is a leading metal stamping and assembly supplier primarily serving the automotive market. We currently employ approximately 600 people across our 4 locations.

We are seeking a experienced Maintenance Technician with a patient, friendly, and positive attitude for our Huntsville, AL. facility. Qualified candidates would possess the following education, skills, and abilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical/mechanical trouble shooting on industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
• Complete electrical and plumbing connections for equipment installation.
• Perform robot and fixture adjustments on automated assembly equipment to maintain quality requirements of parts.
• Perform manual welding on machine guarding and tooling as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with robotic welders and/or stamping presses preferred
• Previous experience with scheduled and unscheduled machine maintenance
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical preferred
• Working knowledge of mill and lathe preferred.
• Basic computer skills needed
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Data driven approach to problem solving and decision making
• Dedicated to the value of team success before individual interest
• Able to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred
• High School diploma, equivalent education, or willing to meet this requirement.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
