• Full-time employment; 37.5 hour work week
• Work Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm; 30 minute lunch
• Overtime as required. Subject to emergency call-in.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Perform all facets of building maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and/or necessary building renovations/construction to hospital buildings, property, and/or equipment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Qualifications:

• Must meet PA residency requirement – For more information on ways to meet PA residency requirements, follow the link and click on Residency
• Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; OR four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

• This position comes under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
