As part of the announced acquisition of Eaton Hydraulics, White Drives Motors & Steering will be divested from Danfoss by the end of 3Q 2021 to ensure all regulatory approvals are met.

This position is expected to remain with White Drives Motors & Steering. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Danfoss’ plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Danfoss when the transaction closes, the new owner of White Drive Motors & Steering will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and leading TPM – (Total Predictive Maintenance) program/events.


Order parts and request quotes for machine repair and projects per the need of Maintenance & ME.

Conduct Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) on assets PMs to help reduce reactive hours and increase preventive hours with cross functional team.

Work closely with Engineers & Maintenance to develop standardize maintenance procedures by designing and/ or documenting the best work sequence for each process.

Ensure open line of internal communication throughout the department, between shifts, with supervisors, TC and all support staff.

Compile and analyze data, reports desired information for weekly reports to Maintenance Manager.

Assist on critical breakdowns to help identify Pm’s to put in place to prevent for critical breakdowns.

Assist the needs of breakdowns, order parts, schedule techs as needed to get machine up and communicate out to support and production the actions in place.

Additional duties assigned by Maintenance manager.

Coordinates all planned work (PM) protocol with Production and Manufacturing support teams (Maintenance, ME, IT)

Implement maintenance strategies and process while improving maintenance systems through KPI for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, maintenance downtime and parts availability by utilizing critical relevant to problem.

Update MAXIMO by adding new assets.

Updating and creating Preventative Maintenance Procedures (PM) for new equipment

Assist planner with daily activities Help with the planning and coordination of the External contractor needed for PMS.

Archive maintenance documentation transferring Preventive Maintenance Procedures into the Computerized Maintenance Management System Analyze data with programs such as MAXIMO and Excel.

Key Accountability’s:

Actively supports and drives a Safety-First Culture, a 5s workplace, Communicates with cross functional team and Departments. Constantly pushing for continuous improvement way of work life.

Create maintenance plans for equipment to include annual, biannually, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily Pm’s in Maximo. Work with production to schedule the Pm’s.

Background & Skills

(Preferred) Technical degree in industrial maintenance or engineering technology’s

(Required) High School Diploma/ Equivalent.

Experience:

(Required) 5+ years preventive/ proactive maintenance experience.

(Required) Strong part Knowledge. (spare, repair & PM parts)

(Required) Strong Knowledge of computer Base Asset /Maintenance system. Preferable MAXIMO IBM system.

(Required) Strong attention to detail as the position is computer intensive and demands accuracy.

(Required) Previous experience with planning & scheduling.
