Maintenance Manager - 10K SIGN ON BONUS!

JOB SUMMARY
Maintenance Manager will be responsible for providing direction, coordination and support for the daily execution of the maintenance department’s operating plan with the primary objective of maintaining the Plant’s equipment and facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- 5-10% Supervise all assigned maintenance personnel in the execution of their daily work to ensure the production line achieves objectives. Selects and coordinates appropriate training materials and sessions to develop the skill level of maintenance personnel.
- 5-10% Supports EH&S activities as assigned and leads plant-wide safety compliance and improvement efforts to include management of critical plant safety programs such as lock-out tagout, machine safeguarding, hazardous work, and permit programs.
- 20-30% Directs and coordinates design, construction, and maintenance of equipment and machinery. Prepares requests for capital and ensures projects are completed in a timely manner. Performs all Mechanical and Electrical engineering jobs and/or designs as required. Selects and troubleshoots mechanical equipment. Performs NFPA70E tasks as required.
- 20-30% Establishes and administers preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations. Ensures compliance with all industry and company standard safety practices. Leads plant HPM (high performance maintenance) efforts and reliability programs
- 20-30% Reviews performance to critical plant and HPM metrics for improvement opportunities regularly with a focus on overall equipment efficiency, downtime, and waste reduction efforts.
- 10% Maintains department and plant maintenance overhead spending
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of work experience in Manufacturing
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Professional engineering license is a plus but not required
- Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley drives and PLC’s is preferred
- Knowledge of Wonder Ware is preferred
