Job Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator assists customers by providing maintenance services, with the highest standards of professionalism and customer excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure appearance and cleanliness of showroom at all times.
- Maintains notes and files throughout the construction process to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Coordinates the scheduling of appointments.
- Liaises with trades and construction teams for production issues, problems, and discontinued products and find solutions.
- Completes on-site inspections when required to monitor progress of installation and address any issues that might arise.
- General warehouse duties and delivery of product.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Polished and professional in manner and appearance.
- Ability to read design plans a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
- Hands on light maintenance, mainly electrical fixtures.
- Good driving record.
Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in a design gallery, retail or customer service a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
