  • Interact with Corporate management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of Corporate IT solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operational partners and staff.
  • Lead infrastructure builds in current and new facilities.
  • Plan, organize, schedule, and monitor day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations.
  • Measure, monitor, and maintain ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Oversee corporate equipment, parts and inventory.
  • Support and monitor 24x7 operations supporting physical and virtual IT infrastructure (compute, network, storage).
  • Seeks continuous improvement in process automation.
  • Ensure and be responsible for the daily performance and availability of the organization’s IT infrastructure which may include servers, SaaS, workstations, mobile, telecom, monitoring, security, and enterprise tools to ensure internal customer organization’s needs are being met.
  • Orchestrate the provisioning, dynamic configuration and monitoring of servers and services on premises and in the cloud.
  • Administer and architect secure and scalable infrastructure platforms.
  • Provide expertise within cross-functional teams, team resource assignments, projected task completion dates, prioritizing activities based on business requirements and SLAs.
  • Work cooperatively with project managers and engineering leads to plan and direct all ongoing projects based on priority and resource availability.
  • Oversee technology projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment and production support to deliver IT capabilities.
  • Recruits, builds, and eventually grow to lead a team of diverse system administrators.
  • Manage policies and guidelines for infrastructure systems and workstations.
Qualifications:
  • BS in computer science, engineering, management or equivalent in experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology, with at least recent 2 years of leading and managing an infrastructure or engineering units.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to communicate issues while balancing business expectations.
  • Experience working with network architecture and client server technology.
  • Experience working with Munki or other mobile device management software for Apple devices
  • Experience deploying and supporting mobile applications to iOS devices
  • Experience architecting MacOS and virtualized environments.
  • Knowledge of IT networks, servers, storage and security technology.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences, problem solve collaboratively, and build consensus across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects through the full life cycle.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong strategy development and operational skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a process-driven environment.
  • Microsoft certification or other IT certifications are a plus (Jira, Atlassian suite or equivalent)
