What you'll do:

• Provide and administer individualized skilled nursing care to patients with a variety of health concerns
• Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families
• Administer medications accurately, safely, and consistently with the patient's plan of care
• Complete thorough documentation on patients after each visit
• Practice sterile or clean techniques for patients needing wound care/dressing change
  

• Current LPN license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Experience as an LPN preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas
