Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay range*: $25.75 to $27.50 per hour (experienced based)
Day shift: 6:30am to 6:30pm

Skills / Requirements:

• LPN/LVN License
• Yearly TB test (if needed, a Chest X-ray)
• CPR certified
• Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Must be able to physically assist in the evacuation of Residents
