We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet and create a welcoming atmosphere for our employees, visitors, guests, customers and clients in our Oakland locations. What Will I Do? This position has been developed to assist our clients with directing traffic, providing direction and to keep the traffic line moving smoothly to assist visitors and patients in receiving services provided by a healthcare group in a timely manner. The position is a greeter and performs the job in a caring and friendly manner with all visitors. In addition, works closely with security staff to monitor the surroundings and reporting unusual incidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.
