Job responsibilities and expectations include:
- All Agent commissions are contingent on meeting monthly and annual sales goals, to be established and evaluated quarterly, at minimum, with co-leaders.
- Bonus structure occurs every month that established goals are exceeded, with only a few prerequisites. There is no cap on bonus commission earnings. Additional goals may be established on an individual basis, and our team goal is for all agents to exceed their income targets.
- Promotion and leadership opportunities are always on the table for agents who consistently exceed expectations, set by the Leadership Team.
- Attend mandatory weekly Team meetings to review progress against goals and next steps for the overall team activity. Team members will determine the best possible day and time, and meetings will be held on the same day and time every week. Most of these meetings will be held via conference and/or video call, and agents may attend from the location of their choice. At least one meeting per month will be mandatory in-person attendance, pending COVID conditions, or offsite with prior notice. These meeting dates may vary slightly each month based on coach’s availability in Atlanta, and agents will have a minimum of 2 weeks notice to plan their schedule to ensure attendance.
- Team accountability in the form of a daily check-in call for the entire team. Again, you may dial in from wherever you happen to be at the time. Currently, this call is at 7:30 and lasts only 30 minutes. It’s a daily temperature check for everyone, and a chance to stay connected with our far-flung team members.
