Position Summary:

Suspendem, a division of Acuren Inspection, has an immediate need for Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator that is local to the Ponder, TX area to start as soon as possible.

Under the supervision of the Division Manager, the warehouse person performs the planning and preparation of the equipment needed on worksites. They ensure that the sorting and maintenance of equipment adheres to the norms in place for health and safety. Shipping, receiving, inventory and logistics are key components of this job. They are also called upon to offer assistance to the administrative team in various functions. IT abilities are a great asset.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Warehouse management

  • Maintain database up to date with new/retired equipment and materials (inventory up to date)
  • Purchase, ship and receive inventory, equipment & tooling
  • Coordinate and perform equipment inspections
  • Prepare technician & team kits
  • Build, optimize and document tools and processes
  • Maintain organization of equipment storage area
  • Maintain Suspendem vehicles fleet in working order

Logistics

  • Record of check in/out of equipment and materials in Suspendem’s database
  • Identify and prepare required equipment by project
  • Interact with Operations team responsible for each project, and assigned technicians, for the preparation of tools and equipment for work
  • Identify and interact with suppliers in preparation for orders
  • Ship and receive merchandise/supplies/Equipment

Experience and Required Training:

  • Computer skills such as MS Office and ability to learn new programs
  • Valid DL
  • Experience with databases and/or inventory management
  • Experience with industrial tools and PPE
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements and standards

Environment and Requirements:

  • Mixed office and warehouse-type locations
  • Limited exposure to chemicals pertaining to fiberglass
  • Ability to lift 75lbs on a regular basis
  • Must pass a DISA background check
  • Must pass all required drug screens
