- Provide Mercurys Coffee Co. customer service every time
- Oversees that requested beverages are made to Mercurys. standard and in the expected amount of time
- Knowledge of general business operations and how to drive sales and reduce costs
- Ability to direct and lead a team of 2-10 baristas at a time
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and performance manage a team
- A role model that embodies Mercurys standards for their team
- Effective at leading team meetings and deliver quarterly performance reviews to all staff
- Can effectively lead team meetings and deliver quarterly performance reviews to all staff
- Good math skills and ability to use a POS system, balance tills and complete banking
- Resolve all customer complaints and ensure the customer leaves satisfied
- Consistently performs all opening/closing and end of shift tasks as assigned and in a timely manner
- Adheres to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Always punctual and has reliable transportation
- Effective problem solver with awareness to escalate issues to Management
- Resourceful
- Leads all store operations
- Provides in the moment coaching and monthly feedback using Mercurys performance management tools
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business
- Developed critical thinking to make equitable decisions
- Previous management experience in a retail environment
- Previous ordering/receiving and inventory management is preferred
