POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves primarily internal customers; however, responsibilities also include serving external customers whenever the opportunity presents itself.
This position does not involve direct day to day supervision of employees.
Confidentiality of customer information cannot be overstated. It is expected that all customer information be kept in the strictest confidence. We must do whatever it takes to ensure that our relationships with the public are not jeopardized.
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support for Loan Operations as it pertains to software maintenance, programs, and reporting, making sure all areas are up to date and compliant with regulations. This position is also responsible for assisting in staff security updates, renewals, and additions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the following loan platforms:
- Mortgagebot
- Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Point of Sale (POS)
- DocMagic
- Freddie Mac
- ARTA
- Quickbooks
- Maintain and update the loan departments access controls and spreadsheets
- Build new loan programs within the limits of the software
- Coordinate schedules for maintenance, new releases, or upgrades with the Information Technology department and/or Individual Vendors
- Conduct training for pertinent software changes to appropriate staff members
- Ensure all loan platforms are updated to run efficiently and are compliant with regulations and internal procedures
- Troubleshoot and research vendor issues
- Set up and maintain backup disaster plan
- Work with document company to create and maintain documents as needed or requested by management
- Compile and run reports for management when requested
- Maintain Loan Operations procedure manual
- Ensure backups for the position are properly and thoroughly trained
- Attend required staff meetings
- Follow security procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: A minimum of one-year experience in banking, preferably in the lending area, is strongly recommended
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Manual dexterity for extended periods of data input
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 15 pounds on occasion
- Primary work environment for this position is that of a typical office setting
HOURS
- 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
- It is expected that work be completed, therefore additional hours may be required in order to accomplish certain tasks
- Time cards are required and any time over 40 hours will be paid at the rate of time-and-one-half
