CarPay Credit LLC is looking to add a Loan Administration Manager to their growing team! Based in Lake Mary, Florida, CarPay Credit LLC is the premier financing option for Buy Here Pay Here auto dealers.
Job Summary:
- The Loan Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring that the department is performing efficiently and effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Participates in the hiring and training of departmental team members.
- Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental members.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the department’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates department procedures.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
- Oversees Loan Administration ensuring team members are reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.
- Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures with entire Loan Administration staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
- Improves customer service with dealer borrowers and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Acts as liaison between Loan Administration Department and various departments within the company.
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Supports Director of Credit Operations with implementation of new policies and procedures, management of department, employee communications, and dealer borrower communications.
- Analyze dealer borrower data and be able anticipate needs or issues with accounts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
