Litigation Paralegal

Applicants for this position will have experience:

· Conducting medical research

· The ability to interpret medical policies, procedures, laws, rules and regulations and apply them to case circumstances

Preferred Skills includes:

· Knowledge of medical terminology

· Knowledge of medical documentation as to preparation, organization and substance

· Knowledge of local rules and statutes to include HIPAA and related litigation

· Experience with State and Federal court rules and processes

· Prefer Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate

· At least 2 years experience as paralegal with focus on medical record analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
